Facilities available at Avalon range from large open Hangars of approximately 3,000 to 10,000 square metres to smaller scale unique buildings, office facilities, airport terminal and extensive asphalt and concrete pavement areas.

Location Avalon has developed a reputation for creating a flexible and professional environment for filmmaking. Our supportive and experienced service and operations team continues to uphold our “filming made easy” motto.

  • Location Avalon utilises Avalon Airport which is primarily a commercial airport, and provides runway, taxiway and apron space for general aviation traffic, and our commercial clients.

    Access is available to certain areas of the runway and taxiways, these spaces are primarily used for vehicle TVC’s or production action scenes.

  • At Location Avalon we also cater to the needs of the production staff. Office spaces are available for production offices to set up with unfurnished spaces available for short term lease including:

    • Open plan and private office spaces

    • Boardrooms

    • Kitchenettes

    • Male and female showers, make up mirrors and lighting

    • Phone data cables and connections

  • At Location Avalon we also offer a host of other locations and onsite equipment that may also interest you.

    This equipment can be provided to licensed personnel for use or operated by one of Location Avalon’s friendly property staff.*

The teams are well regarded for their flexible, ‘can-do’ attitude and aim to make your production as easy as possible. Safety for you and your crew is paramount and full OH&S safely measures are carefully adhered to. Location Avalon offers location access free of charge and encourage you to come down and view the facilities so that you have a full understanding of what is available.
